1. Engagement of Service

By accessing craftly.sbs, you represent that you are a resident of Canada and are at least the age of majority in your province or territory. Craftly Smart Home Solutions provides consultancy and educational content; we do not sell hardware directly nor act as authorized dealers for the specific brands discussed.

2. Limitation of Liability

Craftly Smart Home Solutions ("Craftly") acts solely as a consulting entity. To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Craftly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: (a) the use or inability to use the smart home integrated systems; (b) hardware failure of 3rd party devices; (c) data breaches occurring through manufacturer cloud services; or (d) unauthorized access to your home network.

3. 3rd Party Hardware Failures

We prioritize recommendation of hardware available in the Canadian market. However, we do not warrant the performance, reliability, or safety of any third-party devices (e.g., Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit devices). Any service outages, firmware bugs, or hardware recalls must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

4. Intellectual Property

All technical guides, custom automation logic scripts, and documentation provided through craftly.sbs are the intellectual property of Craftly Smart Home Solutions. Residents are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial use within their own primary residence only.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to maintain quarterly hardware compatibility updates, smart home technology evolves rapidly. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of technical specifications or pricing listed on our portal. Initial audits are required for precise environmental assessments.
